Is your order under 100 total parts (unless they are all or mostly very small parts)? If so, then to make sure your order arrives super fast and safe: Your Job: Ensure that your address matches Canada Post's format. This will speed up all of your deliveries! You can check your address at Canada Post's website Address Complete Verification site: canadapost.ca/ac/ Our Job: To package your order so that it fits through a mail slot and goes through the mail system seemlesly. Complicated Orders with lots of different size and shape parts can sometimes cause our staff to spend 5-10 minutes (or more if we choose the wrong size envelope to start with) minutes carefully arranging, assembling, or otherwise massaging the parts. We don't mind the challenge, but this kind of order sometimes is delayed a day or two so that we don't delay other orders. It's MUCH cheaper than Parcel Post -- please use it if you think it will work, Please do not choose this for fragile parts like plants that are close to the thickness threshold. These will pass through sorting machines at the Post Office and Bubble mailers are not rigid. Canadian Addresses Only Maximum dimensions: 8.5x10.5x.375 inches or 26 x 22 x 1.8 cm (allowing for our packaging) No tracking We ship in a bubble mailer and use stamps. It should arrive in 2-5 business days after we mark it shipped. This option has no insurance It is virtually 100% reliable
